Responsibilities
- Design novel LLM techniques for increasing the complexity of use cases and data streams
- Monitor existing models in production and run experiments to solve performance issues
- Build QA agents to flag low confidence results
- Deploy optimizer agents to improve document performance in the background
- Create multimodal models for document layout awareness
- Develop novel chunking strategies for long documents
- Build data pipelines and evaluate model performance
- Build self-correcting systems that automatically improve over time
Requirements
- Ability to think creatively about complex problems
- Up to date on the latest AI research
- Focus on real-world customer impact and practical application
- Experience with LLMs and complex data processing
