Applied AI Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, reliable systems powering core product workflows
• Ship high-quality code that balances speed and technical rigor
• Leverage cutting-edge AI to create intuitive and novel clinician and patient experiences
• Proactively identify and resolve system reliability risks, owning uptime, observability, and performance
• Conduct thoughtful code reviews and provide technical mentorship to raise the bar for engineering excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of professional working experience in high-quality environments
• Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work in-person in NYC 5 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications
• Experience building production systems end-to-end with minimal oversight
• Ability to traverse the full software stack and quickly adopt new technologies
