Responsibilities

• Architect and orchestrate massively parallel AI research workflows using agentic AI systems
• Design, train, and iterate on models across the full GenAI stack including LLMs, VLMs, and reward models
• Conduct rigorous research into model architectures, training dynamics, and reinforcement learning
• Build agentic research infrastructure and shared tooling for autonomous experiment pipelines
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ship research into production rapidly
• Document findings and publish at top-tier venues

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field; or MSc with 4+ years of post-graduation research experience
• Experience training or fine-tuning neural models end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of probability, optimization, and linear algebra
• Experience building training or evaluation pipelines for real data
• Production-quality Python and fluency with Git

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with distributed training frameworks like PyTorch DDP, DeepSpeed, or FSDP
• Publications at NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP, or CVPR
• Hands-on experience with post-training methods such as RLHF, DPO, or reward modeling
• Practical cloud infrastructure experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure for ML workloads
