Applied AI Research Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operationalize advanced AI models and agentic workflows
• Prototype, experiment, and evaluate models across NLP, computer vision, and multimodal learning
• Partner with machine learning engineers to integrate research artifacts into production platforms
• Build and optimize model pipelines, inference workflows, and tooling for scalability
• Contribute to model evaluation, benchmarking, and validation
• Support the deployment, monitoring, and iteration of AI models

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 2+ years of AI/ML experience, or a Master's degree
• Strong software engineering skills in Python
• Practical experience with modern AI models including LLMs and deep learning
• Experience developing agentic or tool-using AI workflows
• Familiarity with model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation
• Experience deploying AI/ML components into production environments
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills
