Responsibilities

• Manage customer engagement from workload scoping through evaluation, integration, and production deployment
• Design and run rigorous evaluations on production workloads, setting success criteria and instrumenting comparisons
• Develop deep technical understanding of customer systems including retrieval pipelines, agentic workflows, and code intelligence stacks
• Integrate Callosum workflows into customer environments and support them through to stable production
• Collaborate with research and platform teams to translate customer learnings into general product capabilities
• Build shared methodology including evaluation harnesses, integration runbooks, and engagement standards

Requirements

• Exceptional technical depth in production systems at scale, shipped research, or founding-engineer roles
• Experience with LLM serving infrastructure, agent orchestration, or retrieval systems
• Rigour in evaluation or benchmarking work
• Bias for action and comfort with ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with external engineering teams (Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant)
• Familiarity with novel accelerator platforms
• Experience at an early-stage company or in a founding-engineer role
