Responsibilities

• Build core AI systems that extract and organize knowledge from AI conversations into structured, reusable context
• Develop retrieval and memory infrastructure using GraphRAG and vector search
• Create agentic systems that reason across stored context for retrieval, synthesis, and evaluation
• Design prompt and orchestration frameworks to connect models, tools, and data sources
• Build evaluation and telemetry systems to benchmark retrieval quality and latency
• Develop fast prototypes to explore new product directions and validate capabilities

Requirements

• Strong Python engineering fundamentals for building performant systems
• Deep understanding of retrieval architectures including embeddings and vector databases
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Proven ability to build and tune LLM-based agents
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and multi-step reasoning
• Exposure to fine-tuning or adapter training such as LoRA or PEFT
• Ability to work end-to-end from backend (FastAPI, Node) to quick front-end demos
