Applied AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and own the algorithm and system design for the core AI Account Manager system
• Construct intelligent diagnosis and strategy recommendation models using LLMs
• Develop long-running services, observability, and evaluation frameworks for optimization quality
• Collaborate with ad delivery algorithm teams and product managers to drive advertiser retention and consumption

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields
• Experience building, deploying, and optimizing agentic systems in production
• Proficiency in LLMs, RAG, tool-use, memory handling, and agent orchestration
• Strong software engineering fundamentals including asynchronous/concurrent programming and testing discipline
• Experience with REST/API integration and Kubernetes
• Solid grounding in machine learning and AI fundamentals

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of algorithm experience in ad delivery or automated tuning
• Experience landing commercial AI agents or multimodal models
• Understanding of digital advertising metrics like CPA, ROAS, CVR, and CTR
• Experience with online A/B experimentation
