Responsibilities

• Own customer-specific AI solutions end-to-end, from problem shaping to deployment and evaluation
• Build reusable AI-powered solutions on top of the DeepJudge platform and internal tooling
• Collaborate with engineering and ML teams to improve core product features
• Guide customers and their technical teams on maximizing value from the platform
• Evaluate and integrate emerging LLM models and techniques into production
• Proactively identify opportunities and coordinate across teams to drive work forward

Requirements

• Experience building technically ambitious projects using LLMs (via APIs, DSPy, LangChain, LangGraph, or custom systems)
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer orientation and intuition for value creation
• Persistent problem-solving skills in fast-moving environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to develop deep domain expertise in the legal industry
