Cogent is an Applied AI Lab building the next generation of AI agents for cybersecurity. We partner with Fortune 500 companies to secure complex production environments using an "AI Taskforce" that assesses petabytes of enterprise data to remediate issues before breaches occur.

Responsibilities

• Architect and launch the world’s first AI Cyber Taskforce
• Work with design customers to launch flagship AI agents for vulnerability management automation
• Decompose enterprise security workflows into sub-tasks for autonomous systems
• Experiment with long-term reasoning and planning to evolve the data flywheel
• Implement reusable system components for ranking, retrieval, and search systems powered by LLMs
• Build frameworks to train, evaluate, and stress-test ML systems
• Mentor and grow future junior team members

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience developing and deploying production-grade AI-driven systems
• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI models
• Experience designing and deploying agentic systems and autonomous agents
• Ability to navigate real-world scale and performance challenges
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning, NLP, computer vision, and large-scale generative models
• Proven ability to work iteratively with cross-functional teams
