BLP Digital is redefining ERP automation with agentic AI. Spun out of ETH Zurich and HSG, we build AI agents that automate finance, procurement, logistics, sales, and more for some of the world's largest enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI-powered internal tools fast
• Evaluate, integrate, and chain the latest AI models, APIs, and frameworks into production-ready internal solutions
• Create compounding leverage by building tools that free up hours across the company
• Write clean, maintainable code that integrates with existing APIs, databases, and third-party services
• Own deployments end-to-end, including building, testing, shipping, and monitoring

Requirements

• Technical background with real building experience
• Experience building with modern AI tooling such as LLMs and AI coding assistants
• Startup or entrepreneurial DNA
• Ability to move fast and communicate clearly with non-technical teams
• Fluency in English; German is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools like Make, n8n, Retool, or Supabase
