BJAK is a leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, dedicated to helping people plan, save, and grow their money through smarter financial tools. We are expanding into a full-scale AI Neobank to redefine how people manage spending, saving, investing, and more.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, agents, and automation systems
• Apply AI across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, payments, and internal tools
• Work with product and engineering teams to turn manual processes into scalable AI-native systems
• Build integrations with LLMs, internal data, APIs, documents, and knowledge bases
• Design evaluation, monitoring, and fallback flows to ensure AI outputs are safe and reliable
• Prototype, test, and productionize practical AI systems that create real business value

Requirements

• Strong software engineering foundation, preferably with Python and backend systems
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, agents, RAG, or workflow automation
• Ability to connect AI systems with real product, data, and operational workflows
• Understanding of evaluation, accuracy, latency, cost, privacy, and failure modes
• Fast builder capable of prototyping and shipping practical systems
• Strong English communication skills
• Must be currently based in Thailand

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, insurance, support automation, CRM, or operations automation
