BJAK is a leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, dedicated to helping people plan, save, and grow their money through smarter financial tools. The company is expanding into a finance AI Neobank app to help users manage spending, saving, investing, and more.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations to solve customer, product, and operations problems
• Apply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to practical financial workflows
• Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, and document handling
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and rapidly build high-impact features
• Design systems around constraints including accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, and compliance
• Transform manual processes into reliable, scalable AI-enabled systems

Requirements

• Hands-on engineering experience building AI agents, LLM apps, RAG systems, or automation workflows
• Strong coding proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript
• Ability to ship working systems and improve reliability through testing and evaluation
• Based in Indonesia
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience in fintech, banking, risk, KYC, or operations automation is a strong plus
