Applied AI Engineer (AI Adoption)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical partner for back office teams (Finance, Legal, HR) to integrate AI into daily workflows.
• Identify high-value use cases and build solutions using Jump's internal AI platform.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions, from stakeholder discovery and prototyping to deployment and iteration.
• Establish best practices for prompting, agent design, evaluation, robustness, and responsible AI use.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable technical solutions.
• Partner with R&D and infrastructure teams to unlock new AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering or applied AI experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs and building AI-powered applications.
• Experience working with agent or automation frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on usability.
