Responsibilities

• Optimize AI & Prompt Performance by maintaining prompt libraries and tuning model configurations
• Solve technical and data problems using SQL, API investigation, and debugging
• Build analytics and dashboards to reveal customer behavior and product usage patterns
• Inform GTM strategy by identifying patterns to refine positioning and onboarding playbooks
• Design high-impact customer journeys to optimize onboarding and lifecycle experiences
• Build customer health frameworks for segmentation and expansion signals
• Translate customer needs into product requirements for the engineering team
• Architect finance system integrations across ERPs, banks, CRMs, and HRIS tools

Requirements

• 2-6 years in consulting, strategic finance, FP&A, finance operations, or data/systems roles
• Deep understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and debugging
• Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Postgres)
• Experience with finance systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, or QBO
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with C-level finance executives
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or tuning AI outputs
• Experience improving onboarding or expansion processes for B2B SaaS or fintech products
