Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end AI-driven business transformation projects
• Build, configure, and launch intelligent agents using the DevRev platform
• Integrate AI agents with external platforms such as CRMs, APIs, and databases
• Tune prompts, logic, and agent configurations for accuracy and scalability
• Translate customer business requirements into technical agent specifications
• Lead rapid proof-of-concept development and live demonstrations
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers on AI agent architecture

Requirements

• 7+ years in software development, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and function calling
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with modern DevOps practices including CI/CD and containers
• Proficiency in system integration via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Go
• Certifications in AI or architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or SAFe
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles
