Applied AI Architect

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder research across the GTM motion to map intelligence gaps and workflow friction
• Build and refine AI agents tailored to the revenue lifecycle, contributing to system architecture and retrieval logic
• Stay embedded in regional operating rhythms like pipeline reviews and deal cycles to ensure field proximity
• Own the reliability and quality of managed systems, monitoring adoption and diagnosing output failures
• Partner with Growth Engineering, PMM, and Customer Success to ensure systems are grounded in cross-functional context
• Scale successful patterns into reusable infrastructure for adjacent workflows

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in a GTM role (Solutions Consulting, Account Executive, Sales Leader, etc.) at a B2B SaaS company
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, or automations that transformed real work processes
• Technical fluency in Python, APIs, and integration architecture
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales workflows and GTM personas (AEs, SCs, BDRs, CSMs)
• Proven track record of taking solutions from problem identification through field adoption
• High level of autonomy and ability to operate as a senior individual contributor

Preferred Qualifications

• Product Management background or experience
• Experience in Solutions Engineering or field architecture within enterprise SaaS
• Proficiency with AI development tools (Claude, Cursor, custom agent frameworks)
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS stacks like Salesforce, Gong, Slack, or Snowflake
• Analytical capability to evaluate deal data and build recommendation systems
