Applied AI & Analytics Associate

Responsibilities

• Partner with VPs and Chiefs of Staff on analytical questions requiring structured problem-framing and data modeling
• Build and maintain dashboards, decision-support tools, and analytical models
• Use LLMs, AI automation, or machine learning to accelerate analysis
• Identify gaps in performance tracking and propose practical improvements
• Communicate complex findings clearly to senior stakeholders
• Connect data from multiple functions to surface cross-functional insights
• Support and review work from junior analysts or co-ops

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or consulting
• Hands-on experience building or deploying with LLMs, generative AI, or automation tools
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Ability to structure analytical approaches for ambiguous business questions
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional coordination
• Proven ability to connect analytical work to business results

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in consumer products, retail, or e-commerce
• Experience with advanced statistical methods like experimentation or time-series analysis
• Experience with large-scale data infrastructure (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks)
• Prior exposure working alongside executive leadership teams
