Applications Support Partner

Responsibilities

• Drive maximum business utilization of strategic technology solutions deployed to the local market
• Partner with business stakeholders to simplify processes through optimal usage of Haleon Tech solutions
• Establish feasibility studies and project proposals aligned with technology and business strategies
• Capture, assess, and prioritize business requirements for new solutions or system changes
• Coordinate local project activities in accordance with company standards and best practices
• Ensure all local projects meet quality, risk, and compliance standards
• Provide expert troubleshooting across multiple technology domains and business areas
• Champion continuous improvement efforts to enhance end-user experience and reduce cost of ownership
• Monitor user satisfaction and service performance to address any negative Voice of Customer (VoC) data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience in business analysis, change management, application management, or project management
• Experience working closely with business teams on technology-enabled transformations or projects
• Experience with Digital Technology and innovative ways to leverage digital solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Familiarity with business processes, workflows, and how IT tools support business objectives
• Strong communication and influencing skills to build relationships with stakeholders and peers
