Applications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Master installation and configuration of Wavetronix core products
• Demonstrate and troubleshoot products for customers
• Provide technical training to groups of up to 10 people
• Review plans and design products into projects
• Conduct technical site surveys and provide field/phone support
• Diagnose errors and determine proper technical solutions
• Document processes and produce detailed trip reports
• Manage on-site installation and configuration of products
• Track projects and support cases in CRM

Requirements

• At least 5 years of field service experience in traffic signal/ITS cabinets
• Ability to travel 50% or more per month
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of networking
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical sales
• Technical degree (EE, EET) or ITS/traffic industry certifications
• Experience executing presentations to large groups
