Applications Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize test requests and generate monthly activity reports
• Support the sales organization in developing customer relationships and coordinating product development projects
• Make decisions on product ranges and solutions for industry accounts
• Manage personnel including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance appraisals
• Develop internal training programs and technical presentations for sales and marketing
• Provide technical assistance for domestic and international customer projects
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and company safety guidelines
• Establish and maintain color libraries for sampling and retrieval
• Develop promotional sales tools such as demo kits and industry handouts

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. degree
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience
• Strong project management skills with experience managing up to 5 direct reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong technical and commercial market understanding
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across different cultures
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of colors is a plus
