Applications Manager, Dairy

Responsibilities

• Lead the Dairy technical team to deliver best-in-class technical and application support for TastePoint customers
• Drive project execution by effectively allocating technical resources to support category strategy and regional business objectives
• Partner closely with Flavorists and Sensory Scientists to deliver end-to-end product development
• Provide technical leadership to support successful commercialization of new dairy flavors and advancement of IFF technologies
• Anticipate, investigate, and resolve technical challenges related to raw materials, formulations, finished products, and scale-up activities
• Monitor market trends to bring new concepts, insights, and innovative solutions to life
• Communicate effectively with customers, Account Managers, and internal stakeholders on project status and priorities
• Mentor team members by supporting skill development and long-term career growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biology
• 15+ years of experience in the industrial food, ingredient, or flavor industry
• 5+ years of specialization in dairy applications
• Proven experience leading cross-functional and interdepartmental teams
• Strong understanding of dairy applications, product development, and commercialization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail
