About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers using Synopsys R3D/RC extraction
- Collaborate with customers to understand design requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Conduct technical presentations, training sessions, and product demonstrations
- Interface with internal engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback
- Manage program activities including project planning, execution, and reporting
- Develop and maintain scripts in Python, TCL, PERL, or BASH to automate workflows
- Participate in the evaluation and integration of new features
Requirements
- BSc in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years experience, or MSc with 2+ years experience
- Hands-on familiarity with layout verification tools like Calibre or ICV
- Experience with parasitic extraction tools (preferably STARRC) and methodologies
- Transistor-level simulation skills using HSPICE or SPECTRE
- Custom layout experience and knowledge of electromigration analysis
- Proficiency in Linux environments and scripting (Python, TCL, PERL, BASH)
- Experience in FAE, PAE, or CAE roles
