Applications Development Module Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert regarding process, domain, and systems.
• Lead data testing projects, including defining data requirements, building testing plans, and managing loading and testing activities.
• Provide technical and process support to team members.
• Liaise with onshore Data and Requirement leads to clarify project specifications.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Execute complex technical deliveries and mentor/coach team members.

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in Defined Benefits (DB) domain.
• Proficiency in T-SQL coding and the ability to write highly complex queries.
• Strong DB Domain knowledge and understanding of US/Canadian DB domains.
• Proven knowledge of data testing processes, including experience handling at least two end-to-end data testing life cycles.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps environments.
