Applications Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, access permissions, security profiles, and license compliance
• Lead or support the rollout of new software applications and major system re-implementations
• Evaluate business processes and translate operational needs into technical solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support and troubleshooting application errors
• Coordinate with vendors to plan, test, and implement software updates and patches
• Create user guides, document technical configurations, and deliver end-user training

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as an Application Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar hybrid role
• Hands-on experience administering and supporting JIRA and/or CostPoint
• Proven track record of leading software implementation or re-implementation projects
• Strong understanding of user provisioning, permissions, and security profiles
• Bachelor of Science or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to aerospace manufacturing, engineering, or maintenance operations
• Familiarity with project management solutions such as Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project
• Understanding of data relationships between ERP, MRO, MES, PDM, and PLM systems
• Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., ITAR, AS9100, NIST)
• Experience administering enterprise applications like Teamcenter, SharePoint, or Confluence
