Application Technician

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain applications within client environments
• Build and manage test environments
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Provide hardware support
• Participate in a rotating schedule to provide 24/7 global support, which may include weekend or overnight work

Requirements

• Basic knowledge and experience with computer programming and operating systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Orlando, FL
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule to support global clientele

Preferred Qualifications

• Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Network+)
• Experience with macOS 12.x or higher
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux
