About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the central interface between customers, sales, R&D, and production to ensure smooth information flow.
- Support development projects with national and international customers from initial concept to market launch.
- Assist sales channels and European subsidiaries with new product introductions and manage the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle.
- Develop customized technical solutions for complex requirements and manage resulting lubricant projects.
- Manage complete product documentation and provide technical training to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Several years of professional experience in a technical or product management role.
- Structured, solution-oriented, and communicative working style.
- Very good English skills (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel as part of the role.
- Ability to work confidently in an international, intercultural environment.
- Ideally, knowledge of quality standards, audits, and documentation, along with an affinity for lubricants.
