Application Technician Product Management - Performance Greases Europe

Responsibilities

• Act as the central interface between customers, sales, R&D, and production to ensure smooth information flow.
• Support development projects with national and international customers from initial concept to market launch.
• Assist sales channels and European subsidiaries with new product introductions and manage the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle.
• Develop customized technical solutions for complex requirements and manage resulting lubricant projects.
• Manage complete product documentation and provide technical training to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in a technical or product management role.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and communicative working style.
• Very good English skills (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel as part of the role.
• Ability to work confidently in an international, intercultural environment.
• Ideally, knowledge of quality standards, audits, and documentation, along with an affinity for lubricants.
