Application Technician International Sales - Performance Greases

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice to international customers regarding performance greases and develop customized lubricant solutions for demanding applications.
• Analyze and qualify customer requirements to create the technical basis for tailored offers and sales success.
• Act as a central interface between international customers, sales, product management, and production to ensure efficient information flow.
• Manage customer-specific development projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial requirement analysis to successful implementation.
• Create and manage technical product documentation and conduct product training for internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a similar field (alternatively, a Master/Technician technical training).
• Several years of professional experience, ideally within the lubricants, bearing, construction machinery, or mining industries.
• Proven ability to work effectively in international, intercultural teams and a strong willingness to travel internationally regularly.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse target groups.
• Very good English skills (written and spoken); knowledge of Russian or Arabic is considered a significant advantage.
