About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle N3 incidents within a WMS perimeter
- Identify incidents related to user training gaps and communicate needs to relevant stakeholders
- Advise users to ensure proper application usage
- Maintain a workload level compliant with service objectives
- Continuously train on applications supported by the support chain
- Participate in Service Desk call analysis to implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with N3 teams in other countries, primarily Italy and the Iberian Peninsula
- Contribute to the quality of knowledge base content
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for modules during transfer to the support chain
Requirements
- Degree in IT (Bac+2/3)
- 5 years of experience in N2 support
- Proven experience in N2 WMS IT support
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Oracle
- Minimum B2 level in English
