About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle N3 incidents within a WMS perimeter
  • Identify incidents related to user training gaps and communicate needs to relevant stakeholders
  • Advise users to ensure proper application usage
  • Maintain a workload level compliant with service objectives
  • Continuously train on applications supported by the support chain
  • Participate in Service Desk call analysis to implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with N3 teams in other countries, primarily Italy and the Iberian Peninsula
  • Contribute to the quality of knowledge base content
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for modules during transfer to the support chain

Requirements

  • Degree in IT (Bac+2/3)
  • 5 years of experience in N2 support
  • Proven experience in N2 WMS IT support
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Oracle
  • Minimum B2 level in English
