Application Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex customer software issues for industry-leading construction estimation and project management solutions.
• Spearhead the creation of Knowledge Base articles and troubleshooting guides to empower customers and internal peers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development and other departments to influence software evolution and improvement.
• Manage and document high-level customer interactions within a CRM to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Act as a subject matter expert, translating technical concepts into actionable solutions for diverse users.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Estimating or a relevant business discipline.
• Experience utilizing AI-powered support tools such as chatbots or virtual assistants.
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite.
• High level of empathy and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to maintain a predictable, full-time support schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience within the construction industry, specifically in Estimation (e.g., Procontractor Estimating or Earthworks).
• Experience managing social support channels or community forums.
• Prior success in a high-volume customer service or application support environment.
