About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software
- Deliver second level technical support via calls, tickets, and user interaction
- Respond promptly to questions from employees and client sites
- Document problems and create knowledge database entries
- Manage hardware asset information, reports, and lists
- Handle Service Request Management, Access Management, and User Management
- Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory
- Participate in process improvement activities
- Work within regulated GxP environments
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Polish
- Technical skills in Windows Systems and ThinClients (e.g., Dell, Igel, HP)
- Experience with IPCs
- Previous experience working in regulated GxP environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to provide a criminal record extract not older than three months
