About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate change execution activities for critical business applications across Asia branches, specifically within Markets and Banking.
- Act as a primary liaison between local user groups, global teams, and external suppliers.
- Coordinate project execution with the Madrid headquarters when system changes are required.
- Provide weekly and monthly release reports for management review.
- Escalate and follow up on project risks and application issues.
- Define release content based on the service request backlog.
- Supervise and prepare runbooks for Go-Live activities and provide post-production support.
- Execute Change Management activities, including training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Requirements
- University degree.
- 5 years of solid experience in system planning, implementation, and support.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Strong understanding of core banking applications and corporate banking business models.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive team-player attitude.
