XEBO.ai is an AI-powered SaaS-based Experience Management (XM) platform. The company helps businesses collect, analyze, and act on customer and employee feedback across multiple channels like surveys, websites, apps, SMS, email, and social listening.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incidents via email, ticketing tool / Service now, or phone
  • Log and categorize tickets with correct priority
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and resolution
  • Perform help requests with basic setup, survey design, conditional logic, and collectors info
  • Escalate issues to L2 per SOP
  • Communicate with clients regarding incident status
  • Ensure SLA adherence and documentation
  • Maintain knowledge base articles

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience
  • Application troubleshooting knowledge
  • Proficiency with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk
  • Basic database and log reading skills
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Ubuntu, and Linux
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
