Responsibilities
- Qualify and perform in-depth analysis of technical and functional anomalies
- Support Delivery domains regarding production requirements and pre-deployment follow-ups
- Assist clients with the integration of new products
- Act as a functional referent to ensure backlog and anomaly consistency
- Promote best practices for application operation in production environments
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business/client teams
Requirements
- Degree level BAC+2 to BAC+5
- Initial experience in application support within a functional environment
- Proficiency with Datadog for monitoring
- Technical knowledge in log analysis, WebServices, Web Architecture, and MongoDB
- Familiarity with AWS and Atlassian tools
- Strong coordination and writing skills
- English language skills are a plus
