About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical bridge between internal engineering teams and external clients to ensure maximum return on investment
- Support the implementation phase by translating solution designs into technical platform builds
- Provide post-implementation support including incident management and configuration change planning
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to teammates and clients
- Drive proactive problem-solving and service improvements through reusable content and recommendations
- Participate in an on-call rotation for escalation support
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting mission-critical Java applications
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- 3+ years of client-facing experience as a service coordinator
- Proficiency in querying SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience querying RESTful APIs using tools like Postman
- Experience with incident management and change management processes
- Ability to prioritize and resolve support issues and requests
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of PCI DSS
- Experience with Mastercard or Visa card processing networks
