About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical bridge between internal technical teams and outside clients
- Manage implementation phases by converting solution designs into concrete builds
- Provide post-implementation support including incident management and configuration changes
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to teammates and clients
- Prioritize, triage, and resolve support issues and requests
- Identify opportunities for process efficiency and automation
- Participate in on-call rotation for escalation support
Requirements
- 5+ years supporting mission-critical Java applications
- 5+ years experience in financial services
- 3+ years in a client-facing role
- Experience writing basic queries for SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience querying RESTful APIs using Postman or similar tools
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend/holiday coverage
- Strong analytical mindset and technical ability
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with PCI DSS
- Experience with Mastercard or Visa card processing networks
