About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical bridge between internal technical teams and outside clients
  • Manage implementation phases by converting solution designs into concrete builds
  • Provide post-implementation support including incident management and configuration changes
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to teammates and clients
  • Prioritize, triage, and resolve support issues and requests
  • Identify opportunities for process efficiency and automation
  • Participate in on-call rotation for escalation support

Requirements

  • 5+ years supporting mission-critical Java applications
  • 5+ years experience in financial services
  • 3+ years in a client-facing role
  • Experience writing basic queries for SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience querying RESTful APIs using Postman or similar tools
  • Ability to participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend/holiday coverage
  • Strong analytical mindset and technical ability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with PCI DSS
  • Experience with Mastercard or Visa card processing networks
