Application Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer software queries and provide excellent service throughout the lifecycle of a support case
• Analyze complex software issues to recommend solutions and perform Root Cause Analysis
• Achieve KPIs and SLAs aligned with client business objectives
• Assist in building and maintaining a technical knowledge base and documentation
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for upcoming software releases
• Handle escalations and complaints according to company processes

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in application software support
• Fluency in English with excellent communication and telephone manners
• Ability to work UK business hours (09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to technical troubleshooting
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience supporting technical integrations utilizing APIs and Docker
