About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and operational on-site support for ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus solutions
  • Address functional doubts regarding modules and processes
  • Support configurations related to workflows, catalogs, and business rules
  • Perform basic administration of users, roles, and permissions
  • Create reports and dashboards
  • Train end users and key users
  • Generate documentation, manuals, and quick guides
  • Support adoption processes and change management
  • Identify improvement opportunities for platform usage

Requirements

  • Degree in Systems Engineering, Communications, Networks, or related field
  • 2 years of experience as an application support analyst
  • Experience using Service Desk Plus platform
  • Experience providing on-site and remote IT user support
  • Experience with service desk tools or process management
  • Proficiency in Excel pivot tables
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Experience with workflows
  • Change management experience
