Application Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the implementation and evolution of technological solutions with Artificial Intelligence capabilities, specifically for enterprise conversational platforms.
• Define and validate functional and technical requirements in collaboration with business areas and Application Engineering teams.
• Supervise project progress, risks, dependencies, and the fulfillment of deliverables for assigned projects.
• Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, external providers, and internal engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with institutional IT security, regulations, and controls.
• Manage project budgets, including vendor coordination, consumption control, and financial planning support.
• Monitor production incidents and coordinate resolution with the appropriate technical teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Software, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management or solution coordination.
• At least 2 years of experience leading or participating in initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence solutions.
• Knowledge of microservices architectures and AI-based solutions.
• Understanding of application security concepts, including DAST, SAST, and DevSecOps.
• Proficiency with APIs (REST/SOAP) and data structures such as JSON.
• Intermediate English skills (technical reading and basic communication).
