Application Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based components and services for data integration and transformation.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes for loading information into Data Warehouse (DWH) and Master Data Management (MDM) platforms.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability by applying Data Governance principles and standards.
• Develop and integrate Web Services (REST/SOAP) to ensure interoperability between source systems and data platforms.
• Optimize data pipelines and existing services to improve performance and stability.
• Collaborate with architecture, business, and IT teams to define and evolve data solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computing, IT, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in Java development and system integration.
• Proven experience in ETL, DWH, MDM, and Data Governance projects.
• Proficiency in Java (Spring/Spring Boot) and Web Services development (REST/SOAP).
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational data modeling.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (technical reading and communication).
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Java, ETL, Data, Integration, or Architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms and various ETL tools.
