Application Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the implementation and evolution of technological solutions with Artificial Intelligence capabilities, specifically for enterprise conversational platforms.
• Define and validate functional and technical requirements in collaboration with business areas and Application Engineering teams.
• Oversee the work of internal Application Engineers and external vendors, monitoring progress, risks, and deliverables.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with institutional IT security, regulations, and controls.
• Manage project budgets, including vendor coordination, consumption control, and financial planning support.
• Monitor production incidents and coordinate resolution with the appropriate teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management or solution coordination.
• At least 2 years of experience participating in AI-related solution initiatives as a coordinator or functional lead.
• Knowledge of microservices architectures and AI-driven solutions.
• Understanding of application security concepts, including DAST, SAST, and DevSecOps.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs and JSON data structures.
• Intermediate English skills (technical reading and basic communication).
