Application Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct reseller training courses, software demonstrations, and classroom training sessions worldwide.
• Provide third-level support to resellers, distributors, partners, and key opinion leaders.
• Offer first-level email support for the exocad Web shop and my.exocad Web portal, including troubleshooting software malfunctions.
• Install, configure, and maintain exocad software products using remote support tools.
• Support the R&D department by testing software and hardware and relaying user feedback and suggestions.
• Represent the company and its products at international trade fairs and industry events.
• Travel up to 30% to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Technical education in dental technology (Certified or Master Dental Technician).
• 3+ years of experience in dental CAD/CAM.
• In-depth experience with exocad software.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to speak confidently in front of large audiences.
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort with software installation and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in first or second-level technical support.
• Experience conducting professional software training.
