Application Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver technology projects across the corporate application environment by developing high-quality solution designs and estimates.
• Contribute to the design, planning, and delivery of enterprise application projects for divisions including People & Culture, Finance, and Legal.
• Produce high-level solution designs in collaboration with architects, subject matter experts, and vendors.
• Research and recommend approaches to solve complex technology challenges.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective, secure solutions.
• Evaluate and advise on new technologies aligned with architecture standards and technology strategy.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to implementation and support teams.

Requirements

• Experience designing application solutions and producing estimates across complex on-premise, cloud, and SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft technologies and AWS services.
• Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.
• Strong understanding of application security best practices and standards.
• Knowledge of integration patterns and interface standards.
• Experience with data migration and data management.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
