About the role
Responsibilities
- Improve the application security function to harden apps and services against abuse
- Secure containers and CI/CD pipelines using DevSecOps principles
- Conduct design, RFC, and code reviews
- Mentor and train developers through the Security Champion program
- Develop automated workflows and processes to scale security practices
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in the security domain
- Proficiency in Python or Go
- Exposure to Terraform, Docker, container management, CI/CD, and secrets management
- Experience designing security controls for modern deployment stacks
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Slack
