Application Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and owner for assigned internal applications and tools to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Lead application-related initiatives end-to-end, including intake, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Partner with business stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors to gather requirements, manage scope, and deliver outcomes.
• Define requirements, perform due diligence, and maintain clear documentation covering scope, processes, and implementation.
• Develop and maintain a library of Standard Work Instructions (SWI) for business processes.
• Coordinate and support testing, user acceptance (UAT), and final rollout activities to ensure successful user adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3+ years of experience supporting or managing internal technology applications or software programs.
• 2+ years of experience using project management or program management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Exposure to SQL, APIs, databases, servers, and basic scripting (e.g., Python).
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and validating system behavior or data.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Asana, Salesforce, or SharePoint.
• Experience working with software vendors or third-party tools.
• Knowledge of application lifecycle management, including enhancements and releases.
