Application Manager .NET

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational maintenance, service quality, and sustainability of an application portfolio
• Monitor application availability, stability, and performance through alerts and logs
• Manage technical debt and propose continuous improvement plans
• Provide Level 3 (N3) application support for complex incidents
• Analyze, diagnose, and implement fixes for application anomalies
• Collaborate with Product Owners to analyze business needs and prioritize backlogs
• Develop new features, bug fixes, and evolutions using .NET
• Execute necessary tests for development validation and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Prepare and coordinate production deployments

Requirements

• Bac +3 to Bac +5 degree
• At least 5 years of experience in .NET application development using C# (front-end and/or back-end)
• Experience developing complex business applications
• Ability to work directly with clients, business teams, and technical teams
• Strong sense of service, reactivity, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead design workshops and prioritize tasks under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Blazor development
• Experience with Bootstrap CSS framework
