Application Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Help monitor trading and core banking applications and assist in logging and tracking issues
• Assist the second-line team in triaging, documenting, and following up on production incidents
• Help prepare and document platform releases and track change-control steps
• Assist with client conformance testing and maintain onboarding documentation
• Help maintain platform and application settings under supervision
• Keep tickets accurate and the backlog well-organized in Jira
• Support test preparation and execution for platform changes
• Maintain and improve platform documentation and the team knowledge base in Confluence

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, finance, or a related field
• Genuine interest in trading systems, financial technology, or digital assets
• Basic understanding of how software systems connect and communicate (e.g., APIs; FIX, REST a plus)
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and well-organized
• Clear written and spoken communication in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework, projects, or interest in digital assets/cryptocurrencies
• Familiarity with Jira or Confluence
• Exposure to capital markets, trading, or financial-services environments
• Comfortable working with technical documentation and structured processes
