Application Management Coordinator (Backoffice)

Responsibilities

• Independently process and coordinate customer applications
• Ensure the completeness and quality of all documentation
• Coordinate with internal specialist departments
• Manage organizational customer communication, including sending offers and order documents
• Handle organizational inquiries and forward technical topics to the appropriate colleagues
• Support accounting tasks, including the creation and verification of invoices
• Maintain master data and documents
• Provide general administrative support to the team

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in backoffice, order processing, or accounting is an advantage
• Structured and diligent way of working
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• German language proficiency (minimum C1 level)
• Good English language skills
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
