Application Maintenance/Production Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Technology Obsolescence Management processes and governance
• Monitor the lifecycle status of IT assets and track End-of-Life (EOL) and End-of-Support (EOS) components
• Maintain and update technology obsolescence trackers and dashboards
• Perform data validation and reconciliation using CMDB
• Monitor compliance with technology obsolescence policies and standards
• Coordinate annual reviews to identify obsolete technologies and applications
• Work with Asset Custodians and Application Owners to obtain remediation plans
• Track technology refresh initiatives and implementation progress
• Generate management reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Asset Management, and Application teams

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Asset Management, CMDB Management, or Technology Lifecycle Management
• Strong experience with BMC Remedy / Helix
• Proven experience in Technology Obsolescence Management and tracking EOL/EOS technologies
• Proficiency in Power BI reporting and dashboard creation
• Knowledge of Windows and Unix environments
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced English communication skills (C1 level)
