Application Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for application design and configuration
• Lead and manage the team to ensure high performance and effective decision-making
• Collaborate with multiple teams to provide technical solutions and contribute to key decisions
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
• Monitor project progress and implement adjustments to meet deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in JavaScript
• Proficiency in ES6+ syntax, closures, promises, and async/await
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, TypeScript, or Vue.js
• Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or Vuex
• Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and DOM manipulation
• Experience with build tools like Webpack or Gulp and version control via Git
• Experience with unit testing tools such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine
• 15 years of full-time education completed
