About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support PingFederate implementation including patching, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Support AppManager instance for batch jobs and automation
  • Provide operational support for Enterprise Application, Kubernetes, Docker, and related technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver secure, scalable application infrastructures
  • Manage full lifecycle of Enterprise applications including capacity planning, upgrades, and security compliance
  • Implement security best practices within container environments using RBAC and DevSecOps principles

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US DOE Q-level security clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments
  • Advanced experience administering Ping Federate
  • Experience with cloud service infrastructures and technologies such as Java Play, Oracle WebLogic, Apache, or Tomcat
  • Proficiency with automation tools like Python, Bash, Go, Terraform, Ansible, or Helm
  • Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS EKS, GCP GKE, or Azure AKS)
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills for distributed systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience leveraging Splunk or equivalent SIEM environments
  • Experience working in compliance-driven and secure environments
